- Oversee day-to-day finance operations including all transactional tasks across assigned hotels and entities
- Ensure accurate, timely and complete processing of day-to-day transactions
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end close and financial reporting
- Review and validate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
- Maintain strong financial controls and compliance with policies
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes
- Provide financial analysis and commentary to support decision-making
- Liaise with hotel leadership, commercial teams, and AU finance
- Coordinate audit processes and statutory requirements
- Manage finance systems, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as the escalation point for complex finance issues
- Support finance transformation and shared services optimisation
- Assist in any Ad Hoc tasks as required

- Hospitality or asset-heavy industry experience preferred
