This role is responsible for managing centralised records and operational processes on behalf of IELTS Test Centres. The position works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with IELTS policies, support quality assurance activities, and maintain efficient coordination across teams.
The role plays a key part in ensuring operational accuracy, timely communication, and adherence to compliance standards while supporting high-volume, process-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and secure centralised records across multiple platforms
Support and track internal audits and compliance activities; identify and report risks or non-compliance
Manage centralised Outlook inboxes
Communicate professionally and efficiently with internal teams regarding operational and compliance matters
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth process execution
Ensure staff quality assurance activities are completed within required timelines
Coordinate training event activities across different geographical locations, timezones, and teams
Stay up to date with changes in policies and ensure alignment in operations
Promote a collaborative team environment that supports knowledge sharing and performance
Provide constructive feedback to stakeholders and team members
Demonstrate commitment to compliance standards, operational quality, and organisational values
Adhere to tight deadlines, turnaround times, and work with internal teams to ensure they meet similar deadlines.
Work on a shifting and flexible work schedule to support international time zones.
