Job Duties
- Review and validate high volumes of cardholder applications using the Avetta Connect web-based platform.
- Audit uploaded files and supporting documentation to approve, reject, or return applications based on specific client scopes.
- Execute back-office data entry and processing tasks with a focus on maintaining a high daily throughput.
- Identify and escalate technical system issues that impact productivity or quality through the proper leadership channels.
- Support client reporting requirements by providing accurate data extracts and status updates on pending applications.

- Full flexibility to work on shifting schedules, including potential nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong proficiency in navigating web-based SaaS applications and digital document management systems.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Prior experience specifically using the Avetta Connect platform or similar vendor management software.
- Background in "Know Your Customer" (KYC) or compliance-based document verification (e.g., ID checks, certifications).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking personal productivity and processing metrics.
- Previous experience in a high-pressure BPO or shared services back-office environment.
- Strong communication skills for documenting reasons for application rejection or further information requests.
