Agile Delivery Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of agile projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the delivery of agile projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards - Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets - Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or roadblocks - Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos - Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders - Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity - Manage project risks and escalate issues as needed - Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management - Mentor and coach team members on agile methodologies and best practices - Continuously monitor and improve project delivery processes and practices Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Manager - Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban - Experience managing and delivering projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget - Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Agile certification (e.g. CSM, PSM) is a plus - Experience working in a remote or offshore environment is a plus Why Work for Us?
