About the job Ad Operations Agent Team Lead
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist and learn to manage daily execution of digital advertising campaigns and client-related deliverables across display, search, social, programmatic and more.
● Daily execution duties include, but are not limited to:
○ Campaign Setup and Trafficking
○ Targeting
○ Campaign Maintenance and Change Requests
○ Reporting
○ Screenshots
○ Quality Assurance
● Suggest and implement optimization techniques for active campaigns.
● Understand client's business needs and provide clients with solutions to achieve stated goals.
● Acquire and maintain a high-level knowledge of up-to-date practices and strategies in the management of online media.
● Performs other related duties as assigned.
● Coordinate and supervise daily/weekly/monthly activities of team members.
● Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met, providing feedback.
● Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and judgment.
● Responsible for identifying and resolving issues, problems, and concerns with performers.
● Recommend changes to SOPs, procedures and assist in the implementation of process improvements when necessary.
● Administer training and coaching to ensure quality customer service.
