Your Role

We are a dynamic and growing U.S. public accounting firm committed to delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to clients across various industries. With a strong focuson integrity, innovation, and collaboration, we are expanding our international team andseeking a skilled Senior Audit Associate based in the Dominican Republic to join our auditpractice.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead and execute audit engagements in accordance with U.S. GAAP / IFRS andPCAOB/GAAS standards.

 Supervise and mentor junior staff, reviewing workpapers and providing feedback.

 Perform risk assessments, substantive testing, and analytical procedures.

 Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve audit issues.

 Prepare financial statements and audit reports with attention to detail and accuracy.

 Ensure compliance with firm policies and professional standards.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).

 Minimum 3–5 years of audit experience, preferably with a U.S. public accounting firm.

 Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, GAAS, and audit methodologies.

 Proficiency in audit software (e.g., CCH, or similar).

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements.

 Based in the Dominican Republic with reliable internet and workspace.
