Your Role:

As a QA Engineer, you will:
Test Authentic8's software platform across desktop and mobile devices
Design and execute product test plans and test cases to qualify software releases
Conduct black box, white box, and grey box testing activities
Perform both manual and automated testing for web, desktop, and mobile applications
Support bug reporting, issue tracking, and resolution management
Collaborate with development and engineering teams to ensure product quality and release readiness

What You Need:

Non-negotiables
Experience with Windows, Mac OS, and Linux environments
Background in testing web and desktop applications
Experience testing mobile applications on Android and iOS
Hands-on experience with QA tools, bug tracking systems, and test execution methodologies
Experience writing automation tests using Python or Java

Preferred skills/expertise
Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Sikuli, TestNG, JUnit, or similar technologies
Knowledge of server and proxy testing
Familiarity with security concepts such as SSH keyfiles and SSL certificates
Experience with AWS cloud services including EC2 and S3
Exposure to Software Configuration Management (SCM) processes
