Your Role:

As a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer, you will:

• Configure, customize, and develop solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments.
• Design and build robust, scalable Dynamics CRM-centric solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with solution architects and product owners to translate functional needs into technical designs and deliverables.
• Maintain development standards, complete technical documentation, and participate in peer reviews to ensure code quality.
• Support environment management activities, including security role configuration, solution deployment, and release management.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software testing, with proven experience leading and managing a team of testers.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, customization, and configuration.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and backlog management.
• Exposure to Azure Integration Services and cloud-based integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in multi-campus or education-related environments is an advantage.
