Your Role:

As an ICT Systems and Support Engineer, you will:
Work within defined SLAs to resolve incidents and service requests while identifying opportunities for automation and optimisation.
Administer and optimise Microsoft 365 and manage endpoint devices through Microsoft Intune.
Take ownership of complex infrastructure issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable ICT infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables
Experience managing hybrid cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365.
Strong knowledge of Windows systems, infrastructure, and scripting using PowerShell.
Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune.
Solid understanding of ICT security best practices and infrastructure hardening.
Relevant qualification in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred skills/expertise
Experience designing and supporting scalable cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
Exposure to automation and optimisation initiatives within IT operations.
Strong documentation and process improvement skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and customer-focused environments.
