GlassView is hiring an Ad Operations & Campaign Management Associate to support the execution and delivery of programmatic media campaigns across global markets. This role sits at the center of campaign execution—supporting Account Management and Revenue teams with trafficking, environment setup, QA, reporting alignment, and ongoing optimization workflows.
They will play a critical role in helping scale GlassViews media execution model as we expand into higher-frequency, lower-cost deployment structures.

What Youll Do
Campaign Execution & Ad Operations
- Support trafficking and deployment of digital media campaigns across programmatic platforms
- Assist with campaign deployment across publisher environments, ensuring accurate tagging, tracking, and performance readiness prior to launch.
- Ensure accurate timestamp tracking, tagging, and QA validation
- Monitor campaigns in-flight and flag delivery, pacing, or technical issues
- Support campaign swaps, environment rotations, and deployment updates
Campaign Management Support
- Partner with Account Managers to execute managed-service media plans
- Maintain documentation across order forms, deployment sheets, and tracking matrices
- Align reporting inputs with performance and timestamp data
- Assist with campaign billing reconciliation and internal tracking
Process & Scalability
- Help standardize execution workflows to support higher-frequency campaign deployment
- Maintain accuracy across global time zones (U.S. & EMEA coverage)
- Support internal documentation and operational playbooks
This role is primarily execution-focused and supports client-facing teams in a back-office capacity.
Who You Are
- Detail-oriented and operationally strong
- Comfortable managing multiple campaign workflows simultaneously
- Experienced in digital media trafficking or campaign support
- Process-driven with strong documentation habits
- Comfortable working behind the scenes to ensure flawless execution
- 1–2 years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Media Operations
- Familiarity with programmatic platforms and ad servers (e.g., DV360 or similar)
- Experience trafficking IAB display and video units
- Strong QA and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to manage global time zone coordination
