About the job Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Review our current ATS (Workday) daily for interview requests and schedule phone/video screens and interviews, typically within 24 hours of the request, while ensuring a great candidate experience
Help move direct applicants through the interview process and maintain a high level of communication with the appropriate recruiter, hiring manager, and members of the hiring team. Assist recruiters in managing the candidate experience, in particular, during onsite interviews (i.e. keeping the interviews on time, helping set-up Google Hangouts & Zoom calls, presentations, etc.)
Work with candidates utilizing Docusign for Employment Application and NDA completion
Participate in daily/weekly meetings to discuss top-priority jobs, current candidate pipelines and interviews that are being facilitated
Post jobs on company career site and all other job sites and resources company works with
Responsible for employee referral bonus program; communicate with referrals and employees, track and assign referrals to Talent Acquisition Recruiters
Compile reports for recruiting metrics
Support with sourcing and reach out to top talent via active outreach campaigns
Assist with other Talent Acquisition programs and job duties as needed
