Job Responsibilities

Expectations:

Manage up to 3 concurrent Live Chat conversations while maintaining accuracy, speed, and exceptional customer service.

Multitask effectively, navigating and utilizing multiple applications simultaneously to fulfill customer requests.

Demonstrate reliability and consistent attendance; tardiness and unexcused absences will not be tolerated.

Provide prompt, high‑quality resolutions to customers in a fast‑paced environment.

Associate must live within one hour's commute to the MicroSourcing Manila office.

Qualifications

Describe the qualifications the staff must have in terms of skills and capabilities

Requirements:

1–2 years of Live Chat support experience, preferably with a U.S.-based company.

Proficiency in English—written, verbal, and comprehension.

Salesforce experience, specifically with Cases and Live Chat modules.

Ability to multitask and work across multiple applications simultaneously to support customer requests.

Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday, following an 8-hour set schedule between 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. EST.

Excellent attendance and reliability are required.

Must permanently reside within one hour's commute of the MicroSourcing Manila office.

Salesforce proficiency (Cases and Live Chat)

Product knowledge; HVAC product knowledge is a plus

Maintain excellent attendance with minimal tardiness or absences

Demonstrate reliability and professionalism in daily operations

Consistently deliver high-quality customer service while managing multiple requests

Shift

(8 hour set schedule between the hours of 7:00am EST and 6:00pm EST)
