About the job Repairs & Maintenance Compliance Analyst
Purpose of the Role
The Repairs & Maintenance Compliance Analyst acts as an independent assessor and facilitator of better outcomes across all Repairs & Maintenance (R&M) activity within the United Petroleum retail business.
The role provides objective oversight of work orders to ensure decisions are commercially sound, policy-compliant and focused on long-term asset performance, not short-term fixes. A core focus is identifying patterns, repeat failures and sub-optimal decisions and facilitating improved solutions that reduce recurring issues, repeat spend and operational disruption.
This role operates independently from the R&M delivery team and does not manage contractors, approve expenditure or perform repairs.
The role is based in the Philippines and operates as a fully integrated extension of the Australian business, working closely with Australian-based stakeholders on the Australian working time zone.

Key Accountabilities
(Key activities, deliverables and metrics)
Independently assess the real time performance work orders for compliance to priority, delivery against timelines to rectify using data in the MMS (Maintenance Management System)
Leverage existing reports and develop new reports from data within the Maintenance Management System
Actively follow up priority and critical jobs – Priority 1 and 2
Identify trends and performance of all jobs against expected timelines per priority level
Where required, discuss priority jobs with Operations team in Australia to gather more information or context regarding priorities and specifics of work orders.
Identify recurring failures, incorrect priority allocations and facilitate better long-term solutions across the work flow of activities
Key Selection Criteria, Qualifications & Experience
Strong analytical and data interrogation capability
High responsiveness in fast-paced operational environments
CMMS and reporting tool experience and advantage (not essential)
Confident stakeholder engagement across PH and AU teams
Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
