Position Overview:
The HD Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting talent acquisition and human development functions and contributing to our organization's overall success. This role will be responsible for assisting with various HD activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and providing exceptional support to team members and the HD team.
Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities
- New Hire Orientation
- Communicate:
- Upcoming class to presenters
- Reminders to managers of their role and tasks to complete
- Reminders to new hires – so they clearly understand the first week's schedule, responsibilities, etc.
- Update presentation decks/materials as changes occur (quarterly)
- Book rooms
- Communicate:

Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality
- Manage HR databases and systems to track employee information

Benefits Administration:
- Address employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist in resolving issues
- Administratively support open
enrollment
- Update employee benefit summary
- Publish
- Run communication campaign
- Answer employee questions

HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Assist in the preparation of reports for audits and compliance reviews

Employee Relations:
- Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues under the guidance of HR management
- Serve as a point of contact for
employee inquiries and concerns
- Troubleshooting password/login issues with HD/L&D systems
- Help navigating online tools/training
- Paystubs
- Insurance cards
- Insurance questions
- Wellness questions
- Employment verifications (mortgage lenders, etc.)
- 401K participation, change contributions/distributions
- Referral bonus payouts/program

Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
- Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and correspondence
- Participate in compensation surveys on behalf of the company
- Wellness:
- Monthly campaigns
- Organizing and running annual Biometric Screens
- Organizing and running Flu Shot clinics
