Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications connecting patients, doctors, and pharmacies.
• Implement and optimize APIs for EHR, payment, and logistics integrations.
• Build and enhance UI/UX in modern frameworks (React, Next.js or similar).
• Manage and maintain existing Java-based backend services, including CI/CD integrations.
• Manage cloud deployments (AWS/GCP) and ensure system reliability and security.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Optimize performance, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and automate deployment workflows.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure clean architecture, and document system changes.
• Contribute to feature ideation and product roadmap discussions from a technical perspective.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer in a product-driven environment.
• Knowledge on JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Java and RESTful API design is a plus.
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS).
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (preferred, not mandatory).

Prior Experience

• Proven track record of delivering production-ready fullstack solutions.
• Exposure to regulated or data-sensitive environments (healthcare, fintech, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience integrating 3rd-party APIs (payment, logistics, authentication, CRM).
• Familiarity with performance monitoring, analytics, and SEO optimization desirable.
