Key duties and responsibilities

  • Preparation of Bank Reconciliations
  • Monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliations
  • Company credit card flexi purchase reconciliation and accounting
  • Maintenance and reconciliation of general ledger
  • Maintenance & reconciliation of fixed asset register
  • Month end accruals & journal processing
  • Intercompany rebills & recharges
  • Completion of ABS surveys
  • Assistance with month end & Profit & Loss reporting
  • Identify and drive any improvements to processes and procedures
  • Provide support to the finance team as required

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-4 years of accounting experience
  • Degree & CPA qualified
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organised with attention to detail, with ability to multi-task
  • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to work within deadlines
