About the job Associate, CLCM
CLCM support
Based on the need of business, the administrator is required to
support various fund administration functions including but not
limited to:
Data entry for new client and fund setups
Data management for fund closures and client terminations
Liaising with other functions of the company across the globe,
ensuring the companys services are delivered timely and accurately
Billing
Fee processing management – including booking of fees in the billing
system and preparation of invoices
Completion of monthly revenue accrual reports
Reporting
Retrieving data and performing data analysis for management/client
reporting
Preparation of Management Reporting including but not limited to
KPIs, Accounts Receivable, Profitability, and other client management
reporting as required.
Degree holder in accounting, finance, business, or computer/technology Fresh graduate or sub-degree holder with relevant experience will be considered
Good English communication skill
Strong Excel skill is an advantage
Detail oriented, able to take each piece of work seriously
A team player with positive attitude, flexible and adaptable to
changes
Graduate of 4-year course
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English.
- Good Excel skills such as Vlookup, Pivot Table, experience in Power Query is a plus.
- A team player with good time management skills, positive thinking and willing to learn attitude
- Ability to handle work/client deliverables with tight deadlines.
- Demonstrating a commitment to acquiring new capabilities, constantly striving to improve performance.
