KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SCOPE OF THE ROLE:
The Quality checker is primarily responsible for processing interfaced reservations by updating & inputting information as required in an efficient and accurate manner, as well as, performing general administration duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Updating reservations interfaced through online channels in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensuring data accuracy is maintained at the highest levels.
- Self-management of workflow and queues following procedures to ensure optimisation of tasks completed.
- Providing reports on productivity.
- Additional administration duties as required by Revenue Managers and CCOM.
- Assistance with additional duties as required.
Communication
- Ensure that communication with customers, employees and others is honest, open and professional.
- Ensure all team members have access to and are aware of daily rate structure.
- Notify the FM/CCOM/RMs/GDRD of any issues immediately as they arise and provide appropriate solutions.
Health and Safety
- Take reasonable care for your own health while at work and ensure that your acts or omissions do not adversely affect the health and safety of other persons in the workplace.
- Cooperate with any health and safety regulations in the workplace.
- Be familiar with all emergency procedures, operate pursuant to them and attend training as necessary.
- Be vigilant for hazards and risks within the workplace that could cause harm, immediately advise the RMs/GMR so they can take steps to remove or reduce the risk to workers.
- Ensure all injuries, accidents or near miss incidents are reported to the RMs/GMR and other relevant departments on the Incident Report as soon as practicable.
- Support all approved return to work and rehabilitation programs.

- Accuracy - Successful input and high accuracy of data tasks – 99%
- Speed - Timely completion of required tasks within set time frames.
- Attention to detail when completing data validity checks, reports and all other duties.
- Management of workflow following proper procedures to avoid backlog and delays.
- Additional ad hoc tasks as required.
- Adherence to Oaks Policies & Procedures.
