Your Role:
Own the intake, prioritisation and delivery tracking of Sales Enablement work. Turn requests into structured projects and keep execution moving across teams plus represent sales enablement in the GTM space and CRM teams
As a Sales Enablement Specialist - Planning, Process and Success, you will:
- Triage incoming enablement requests and convert briefs into scoped work through Jira
- Coordinate timelines, owners and deliverables across stakeholders
- Manage project workflows in Jira(boards, tickets, statuses, dependencies)
- Act as the team GTM operations leadfor launches and initiatives
- Maintain team templates, project documentation and ways of working
- Run project cadence (planning, stand-ups, status tracking, reporting)
- Manage cross-team projects (CRM changes, process documentation, system rollouts)
- Track risks, blockers and delivery progress
- Attend ongoing stakeholder meetings for Gravity (uCRM) and GTM teams
- Own the improvement plans for uCRM and facilitate any required scoping
- Collate and document team KPIs in team tracking documents
- Maintain and evolve CRM best practice sales process (deal reviews, pipeline stages, forecast checks) to keep the system aligned with best practice/sales methodology
- Set up and manage Marketo in terms of team usage
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- Strong Jira project workflow management (mandatory)
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo)
- Project coordination across multiple stakeholders)
- Structured documentation and process thinking
- Experience supporting Sales, GTM, Ops or Enablement teams in a project management capacity
- Highly organised with strong written English communication
Preferred skills/expertise
Tableau and data analytics understanding (preferred)
