Position Summary:

The Data Solutions Analyst is responsible for reviewing, analyzing and validating high-quality English-language content to support global clients. The Analyst conducts comprehensive online research, reviews news and publicly available sources, verifies demographic and entity-related information, and performs due diligence tasks to ensure reliable and compliant data delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Review and Processing

• Read, review and summarize English-language content to extract relevant insights

• Convert unstructured information into clear, structured outputs.

News & Article Analysis

• Analyze news articles and other publicly available sources.

• Aggregate and organize relevant information into standardized data formats.

Data Verification & Demographic Matching

• Cross-check and validate demographic and entity-related information from multiple sources.

• Identify potential matches while ensuring high levels of data accuracy.

Online Research & Due Diligence

• Conduct comprehensive web-based research to verify data points.

• Perform background checks and information validation tasks as required.

Data Quality & Compliance

• Maintain strict attention to detail to ensure data integrity and quality standards.

• Adhere to defined guidelines and processes to deliver accurate and reliable outputs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications, English, Journalism, or any related field

• 1-2 years of experience in data, research and content analysis, due diligence, data processing or similar analytical roles. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

• Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills with the ability to understand and summarize English language articles effectively

• Basic computer proficiency and must be comfortable using web-based tools, search engines, and standard office applications (e.g., MS Office and Google Workspace)

• High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality

• Ability to compare and validate information across multiple sources
