Your Role:

As an IT Support Specialist, you will:

Respond to, triage, and resolve IT support tickets in a timely and professional manner
Provide end-user technical support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues
Support IT projects and initiatives as directed by IT leadership
Assist in maintaining high availability and security of systems, data, and networks
Support technology implementations and deployments as assigned
Follow and help enforce IT policies, security procedures, and compliance requirements
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff and ensure clear communication with end users throughout resolution
Maintain working knowledge of commonly used hardware, software, and internal systems
Support Freshservice ticketing environment and Microsoft Intune-managed devices (if applicable)
Deliver customer-focused technical support aligned with service standards

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

1–2 years of IT support or helpdesk experience
Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments
Experience with common business applications and basic networking concepts
Exposure to ticketing systems such as Freshservice
Strong communication, patience, and customer service skills
Understanding of basic data privacy and security best practices

Preferred skills/expertise

Experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune
Exposure to IT support in remote or distributed work environments
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
Ability to work independently in a remote/WFH setup
Adaptability in a fast-paced support environment
