Your Role:

As a Change Management Specialist, you will:

• Oversee the end-to-end Change Management process to ensure standardized methods are used for efficient handling of all changes.

• Facilitate and chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to review high-risk or complex changes.

• Assess risks and impacts of proposed changes to maintain service stability and minimize disruptions.

• Manage the Forward Schedule of Change (FSC) to coordinate timing and prevent resource conflicts.

• Ensure all changes are supported by appropriate documentation, testing evidence, and rollback plans.

• Review post-implementation results to identify trends and drive continuous process

improvements.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• At least 3-5 years of experience in IT Service Management with a focus on Change Management.

• Strong understanding of the Change Management lifecycle in a 24/7 high-availability environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven ability to influence technical teams and enforce governance standards.

Preferred skills/expertise

• ITIL Intermediate certification (Service Operations or Change Management).

• Experience in the telecommunications industry managing network-related changes.

• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies in a Change Management context.
