Role Overview
Review and underwrite indirect auto loan applications in line with established underwriting and credit guidelines
Structure loan terms and make approve/decline decisions
Communicate with dealerships as needed to support the underwriting process
Send income verification links to applicants once the dealership is ready
Review income verification results and ensure compliance with program requirements
Generate e-contract packets within our system once income verification is approved
Email completed e-contract packets to dealerships in a timely manner
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and adherence to underwriting standards
