About the job Market Development Representative (MDR)
Core Responsibilities
● Pipeline Development: Generate and qualify new sales opportunities, passing them to Sales Representatives for closing.
● Outbound Campaigns: Execute personalized outreach strategies, including email, LinkedIn, and other digital touchpoints, to engage decision-makers in advertising, marketing, and media industries.
● Market Intelligence: Research target markets, accounts, and buyer personas to build accurate lead lists and tailored prospecting approaches.
● Campaign Management: Track all activities, leads, and outcomes in Salesforce, ensuring data quality and actionable reporting.
● Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, share feedback from prospects, and improve campaign effectiveness.
Industry Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of SEBPO’s services, the global BPO market, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
