About the job CCTV Operator
Role Overview:
Monitor hotel CCTV systems around the clock. You identify risks early. You report
incidents fast. You support hotel safety and asset protection.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor all hotel CCTV cameras on a 24 by 7 schedule.
Identify security incidents, safety risks, and system issues in real time.
Raise alerts and issues to the hotel management team without delay.
Coordinate with on-site security and hotel staff during incidents.
Produce daily monitoring reports with clear observations and timestamps.
Prepare detailed incident reports following security protocols.
Check camera functionality during shifts.
Escalate camera outages, blind spots, or system faults as required.
Follow data privacy, security, and access control policies at all times.
Knowledgeable in Computer applications.
Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel)
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Fluency in the English language.
Adaptive to changing work schedules and working hours.
Efficient Multitasking ability.
