Your Role:

As a Automotive Mechanic (Admin) you will:

• Use your mechanical knowledge to diagnose repair needs and approve work orders.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve repair-related issues.
• Negotiate with repairers to ensure fair pricing and high-quality work.
• Troubleshoot complex or non-standard repair requests.
• Provide clear, written instructions to repairers before work begins.
• Audit and code invoices to ensure they match approved quotes and process them for payment.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing for all maintenance documentation.
• Provide support for internal fleet and booking software.
• Handle general administrative tasks to keep fleet records current.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Minimum 5 years as a mechanic working on light vehicles, trucks, and specialized equipment (e.g., forklifts, buggies).
• Proven experience in a dealership service department or professional repair shop, experience in working in Toyota, Mitsubishi, Ford, Nissan, and etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong numerical skills with an understanding of basic accounting/invoicing procedures.
