Your role:
Be available during late hours to take phone calls and assist clients.
Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly.
Filter and prioritize incoming messages to ensure efficient communication.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records and databases.
Track project timelines, send deadline reminders, and assist with project coordination.
Non Negotiables
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Has experience in phone inbound sales
