Your Role:
As a Helpdesk Analyst, you will:

Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone and ticket submissions
-
Assist in ticket triage and routing based on request type and user location
-
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues at Level 1 and 2 support
-
Manage and prioritize support tickets using a ticketing system
-
Document and track issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions
-
Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues
-
Maintain knowledge of current IT systems, applications, and best practices
-
Provide training and support to end-users on various software applications and tools
What You Need:
Non-negotiables

1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role

Understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
-
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred skills/expertise
-
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
-
Basic knowledge of Active Directory and system administration
-
Familiarity with core applications (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)

Basic understanding of Jira or other ticketing systems
