Your Role:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:


  • Gather and document business requirements using structured workshops, interviews, and document analysis.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and current/future-state process maps.
  • Design and maintain automated operational dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key performance metrics.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis on SLA breaches and performance variances to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop data-driven business cases and feasibility assessments to support new strategic initiatives.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide analytical support for change management and system implementations.
  • Establish standardized reporting cadences to ensure data integrity and consistency across all business units.
  • Partner with the Senior Project Manager to quantify benefits and provide the analytical underpinning for process improvements.


    • What You Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
  • Proven experience in a BPO, shared services, or high-volume operational environment.
  • Expert proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel.
  • Mastery of process mapping techniques and tools such as BPMN, Visio, or Lucidchart.
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex data into clear, non-technical recommendations for leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.


    • Preferred skills/expertise


  • Professional Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent).
  • SQL proficiency for direct database querying and advanced data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization.
  • Experience building a business analysis or reporting function from the ground up.
  • Understanding of the Australian, New Zealand, and Singaporean business and regulatory contexts.
  • Strategic mindset capable of connecting operational data to cost drivers and overall business outcomes.
