Position: SEO Specialist

Work setup & shift: Hybird, TBC shift

SEO Execution

Conduct keyword research using provided tools and guidelines

Implement on-page SEO updates including metadata, headings, internal linking, and content optimizations

Assist with technical SEO tasks such as identifying broken links, redirects, duplicate content, and crawl issues

Support backlink outreach and link-building activities as directed

Content Support

Optimize blog posts, landing pages, and website content for search engines

Assist in creating content briefs with keyword recommendations

Perform content audits and recommend updates based on performance data

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and website performance using analytics tools

Prepare basic reports and dashboards for internal teams or clients

Track SEO tasks and maintain documentation of completed work

Collaboration

Work closely with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO improvements

Follow established workflows and processes across multiple client accounts

Communicate progress, blockers, and updates to supervisors or account managers

Continuous Learning

Stay informed on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

Participate in training and skill development initiatives

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or website optimization

Basic understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, and search engine ranking factors

Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., keyword research tools, site audit tools, rank trackers)

Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console preferred

Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar systems

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good written and verbal English communication skills

Ability to follow processes and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Basic understanding of HTML or website structure

Experience supporting agency or multiple client accounts

Knowledge of local SEO or eCommerce SEO

Experience with content management or blogging platforms
