Frontend Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Describe the job role and the day to day tasks involved.

You develop and maintain structured, high-performance, and responsive front ends based on classic web technologies.

You work closely with the backend, UX, and product

teams and implement requirements ready for production.

You translate design specifications into reusable UI components and further develop existing building blocks.

You will take responsibility for code quality, maintainability, and consistency in the frontend.

You will be confident working with an existing codebase and improving it iteratively, not experimentally.

Qualifications

Describe the qualifications the staff must have in terms of skills and capabilities

Must-have:

Very strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Practical experience with jQuery and classic DOM manipulations

Structured and modular use of SCSS/SASS

Experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or similar Responsive design for productive applications

Plus:

Experience with templating engines or server-side rendering (PHP-related)

Experience with API connections Experience with HTML email templates

Prior Experience

Describe the prior working experience a candidate should have.

Previous experience in healthtech, e-commerce, or SaaS platforms is a strong plus, though not a must have

Proven track record of delivering production-ready fullstack solutions.

Exposure to regulated or data-sensitive environments (healthcare, fintech, etc.) is a plus.

Experience integrating 3rd-party APIs (payment, logistics, authentication, CRM).

Familiarity with performance monitoring, analytics, and SEO optimization desirable.
