Your Role:

As a Software Engineer, you will:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and systems.
Translate business and technical requirements into efficient, high-quality code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end software solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience in software development
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or Go
Experience with software development principles, data structures, and algorithms
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development workflows

Preferred skills/expertise
Experience with web development frameworks or backend technologies
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system design
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
