JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Content Creation & Scheduling

  • Create original social media content (posts, reels, TikToks, stories, short-form videos) using supplied brand/product photography from the graphics team.
  • Write captions, select hashtags, and ensure all content aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Edit and adapt content into platform-specific formats (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts).
  • Maintain content calendars across multiple brands and ensure consistent, on-time posting.
  • Identify emerging trends, audio, and formats and translate them into brand-appropriate content.
  • Maintain a digital content library with finalized assets, captions, and templates for team reference.

Community Management & Growth

  • Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions daily; engage with followers to build relationships and grow community.
  • Escalate sensitive or complex inquiries to the US team when necessary.
  • Track FAQs, sentiment, and recurring audience feedback to inform content development.

Performance Reporting & Insights

  • Track and analyze engagement, impressions, reach, and follower growth.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports with content performance insights and recommendations.
  • Benchmark against competitors and highlight gaps or opportunities.
  • Tie organic content performance back to campaign and brand objectives.

Campaign & Paid Media Execution

  • Independently set up and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads Manager campaigns to complement organic strategies.
  • Plan and execute boosts, dark posts, and ad campaigns (traffic, engagement, conversions).
  • Manage ad creative formatting, placements, CTAs, and tagging in Ads Manager.
  • Track KPIs (CTR, CPM, CPC, conversions) and optimize campaigns for performance.
  • Provide recommendations based on ad spend efficiency and ROI.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain posting schedules, approvals, and campaign trackers.
  • Prepare briefs, reports, and recap decks for internal or cross-functional use.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, social media trends, and ad policy updates.

Support ad-hoc needs such as resizing assets, writing captions, or testing new features.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing. Prior experience with US-based companies or consumer-packaged goods (CPG) brands is strongly preferred.
  • Content Creation: Proven ability to independently create social media content (short-form videos, reels, TikToks, stories, pins, and static posts) using provided brand/product photography. Proficiency in Canva, basic editing tools, and social-native content editors.
  • Paid Media: Practical experience setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads Manager, and ideally Pinterest Ads. Skilled in campaign targeting, placements, and budget allocation.
  • Platform Expertise: Advanced knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts, with ability to adapt content to each platform’s best practices and trends.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Skilled at pulling and interpreting performance data (engagement, impressions, CTR, CPM, conversions) and turning it into actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English; able to craft compelling captions, ad copy, and audience-facing messages while maintaining brand voice.
  • Organization & Reliability: Proven ability to manage multiple content calendars, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Adaptability & Growth Mindset: Keeps current on U.S. social media culture, algorithms, and emerging formats; proactive in testing new ideas.
