Your Role:

As a Client Implementation Officer, you will:

  • Lead and manage all phases of the client onboarding and implementation process, from initial scoping and planning to execution and final handover.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that align with client expectations and internal resource availability, focusing on proactive risk mitigation and an on-time launch.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal departments—including IT, HR, Recruitment, and Operations—to identify and address potential bottlenecks and dependencies.
  • Drive solutions by working collaboratively with department heads to resolve issues, streamline processes, and eliminate roadblocks that could impact launch timelines or client satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and assess risks that could lead to project delays or client cancellations, developing and executing contingency plans to significantly reduce client attrition during the critical implementation phase.
  • Capture lessons learned from each implementation, analyzing successes and failures to drive the development and documentation of best practices to enhance the efficiency, consistency, and scalability of our client implementation framework.
  • Maintain clear, consistent, and transparent communication with all stakeholders, including senior management and the client, by providing regular updates on project status, key milestones, and challenges encountered.
  • Ensure a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace for all employees and contractors, reporting workplace hazards, and upholding the health and safety of our people.
  • Perform other related duties as discussed with your immediate supervisor to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Bachelor's degree graduate in any course.
  • 3-5 years of prior experience in Client Implementations or the transition of new clients and projects within an outsourcing setup.
  • Proven experience in Operations Management, specifically in the development of KPIs, team structures, and operational processes for both voice and non-voice operations.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and specialized Project Planning Tools.
  • Demonstrated capability to communicate verbally and in writing with personnel at various levels, showing strong project management, facilitation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work across various sites, with the flexibility to support different client geographies and work schedules.

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Graduate studies or an advanced degree is considered a distinct advantage.
  • Deep familiarity with outsourcing field concepts, practices, procedures, and workflow routing/processes.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-phase projects and overseeing pioneering or start-up operations.
  • Strong experience in handling vendor/OEM interactions, budget and cost management, and supervising direct reports or contract project members.
