ROLE SUMMARY

Were hiring an experienced Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to support the founders across scheduling, inbox management, operations coordination, and light customer service. This role is designed for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive & personal support

  • Manage founders calendars, scheduling, and reminders

  • Coordinate personal and family-related commitments

  • Organize shared calendars and schedules

Inbox & communications

  • Triage and manage email inboxes

  • Draft responses and follow up on requests

  • Act on behalf of founders with suppliers and partners

Operations coordination

  • Follow up with suppliers on timelines and payments

  • Assist with invoicing and admin tasks

  • Maintain trackers, lists, and simple SOPs

Customer service (light)

  • Respond to customer emails (currently low volume)

  • Escalate issues and track recurring themes


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years experience as an EA, PA, or Operations Coordinator

  • Strong written English and communication skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Confident following up and closing loops
