Sales Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ongoing efforts to achieve or exceed performance expectations by meeting daily, weekly and/or monthly sales target.
• Deliver high quality, sustainable sales in the defined market.
• Take full accountability for any follow up action that is appropriate on behalf of the customer.
• Stay current with the industry trending and market conditions to position Moneris as a value added.

Prior Experience

Describe the prior working experience a candidate should have.

*Graduate of any degree or vocational course; preferably graduates of any Marketing or Business course * Working experience in sales – primarily outbound sales; inbound sales experience of at least 1 year * Preferably with work experience earned in the BPO or KPO industry * Experience in a fast-paced and customer-driven environment is essential. * Self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly organized * Hardworking and trainable * Pleasing and outgoing personality.
