Your Role:

As a Senior MNS Quoting Specialist, you will:

• Lead the preparation of complex quotations for Managed Network Services (MNS) and maintenance contracts.

• Ensure all quotes are commercially competitive while maintaining technical accuracy and compliance.

• Review and validate high-value or complex pricing models before submission to clients.

• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align quoting strategies with business objectives.

• Mentor junior specialists and drive process improvements in the quoting lifecycle.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• 5+ years of experience in quoting, pricing, or commercial analysis for ICT/Telco services.

• Deep understanding of Managed Network Services (MNS) and hardware maintenance models.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, modeling, and analysis).

• Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret complex technical requirements.

• Experience working with vendor pricing and internal cost structures.

• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure sales support environment.

• Willingness to work onsite in BGC on an Australian day shift schedule.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Certification in Finance, Business, or a technical ICT field.

• Experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) software tools.

• Knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, or major networking vendor portfolios.

• Experience supporting Australian enterprise clients.
