Key Responsibilities

SEO, Content & Onsite Optimisation

  • Refresh and improve landing page, category and onsite copy based on SEO strategy, search insights and user behaviour
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen onsite content for both traditional search and emerging AI or LLM discovery
  • Use research, analytics and AI tools to surface and implement improvements
  • Write or brief journal content, landing pages and supporting site copy based on user needs and performance data

Product & Content Updates

  • Regularly update existing products, category pages and supporting onsite content
  • Ensure product pages remain current, complete and conversion-ready
  • Add supporting gallery imagery, UGC, “Why We Love It” content and internal links where relevant
  • Review high-traffic pages and identify opportunities for improvement in content, merchandising and UX

Localisation & Market Relevance

  • Ensure products, banners and site assets are tailored to each market, season and inventory position
  • Review weekly performance data by market, including top pages, click behaviour and banner engagement
  • Recommend and implement updates to homepage assets, banners, merchandising zones and menu content
  • Refresh new arrivals, best seller collections and promotional carousels in line with market demand

Campaign & Customer Experience Support

  • Partner with Marketing Managers and Customer Success teams to bring campaigns to life onsite
  • Support the setup of promotions, pop-ups, forms, lead-gen experiences, coupons and campaign journeys
  • Help ensure customer-facing onsite journeys are smooth, clear and functioning correctly
  • Revisit recently launched products to strengthen storytelling and improve conversion through richer content

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Produce weekly performance reports for channel stakeholders
  • Translate data into recommendations that improve decision-making and onsite execution
  • Track the performance of content updates and campaigns over time

Monitor competitor activity, industry trends and influencer content to bring fresh ideas and opportunities to the business
