About the job Hotel Revenue Coordinator (Senior)
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Provide hands-on Opera Cloud support to the Revenue Manager(s) to maximise hotel revenue performance
- Maintain, load, and audit rates, inventory, and restrictions in Opera Cloud and SiteMinder
- Support Wyndham rate, content, and data loadings, follow-ups, and technical coordination
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports (pace, pick-up, ADR, RevPAR, occupancy)
- Collect, validate, and input data from multiple systems ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Support forecasting processes through data preparation and demand tracking
- Monitor booking pace, channel performance, and inventory discrepancies
- Assist with distribution management across OTAs, wholesalers, and direct channels
- Conduct competitor rate shopping and market trend monitoring
- Liaise with system providers, channel managers, and brand partners to resolve technical or mapping issues
- Act as the key chase and follow-up resource for in- progress technical, system, or brand matters
- Ensure data integrity across all revenue and distribution platforms
Note: This role supports execution and data accuracy. Final pricing strategy and rate decisions remain with the Revenue Manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–4 years' experience in:
- Hotel revenue, reservations, or distribution support roles
- OR hotel systems, inventory, or channel management roles
- Hands-on experience with:
- Opera Cloud PMS
- SiteMinder Channel Manager
- Prior exposure to:
- Wyndham systems, reporting, or brand processes highly advantageous
- Experience supporting multi-property portfolios preferred
