1* Learn and understand incentive marketing programs in the Automotive Industry context through training and through self-

directed research

* Research incentive programs on the Internet and from other sources

* Post incentive program documents to the Incentivewatch.com news site

* Triage, Analyze, interpret incentive programs and enter the data into Autodata Corp's business system using internal

transaction tools

* Provide quality control (QC) support of incentive data in database and products.

* Assist and lend content knowledge support to other departments through product testing and consulting

o Entry/QC – 50%

o Cleansing/Posting/Sourcing – 10%

o Signature Creation/Maintenance – 5%

o Metadata - 5%

o FVD/FGD Creation/Maintenance – 5%

o Stackablity – 5%

o Soft Skills – 10%

* Must haves: ** Communication – internal/external ** Analytical thinking – reviewing vehicle content/incentive information, numbers person ** MS Office Skills – Excel, Word, Outlook (2007/2010) ** Detail oriented – data entry accuracy and data testing accuracy ** Independent work and team work ** Manage multiple priorities ** Able to work OT and long hours – flexible work schedule, weekends, stat holidays ** Organized
