Role purpose

Create and maintain learning content, sales enablement and system s enablement assets and documentation. Manage the migration of content from BigTinCan to new salea enablement platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Document processes from SME input for system enablement
  • Build learning modules and resources (including SCORM files)
  • Create guides, job aids and learning materials
  • Create and translate existing learning into new formats
  • Upload courses, track versions and keep content current
  • Facilitate virtual training sessions and manage breakout rooms in Microsoft Teams
  • Support training rollouts and enablement programs
  • Support Sharepoint build to host all sales operational material
  • Liaise with system and process SMEs to create and document how-to guide
  • Work with marketing on sales enablement content
  • Drive the onboarding project across the SE team and create relevant tools and assets

Required experience

  • Experience building eLearning / SCORM modules
  • Sales enablement platform administration or LMS experience (Showpad or Seismic preferred)
  • Microsoft Teams facilitation and breakout room management (mandatory)
  • Clear instructional writing and documentation skills
  • Strong written and spoken English communication
  • Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo)

  • Instructional design background or certification
