Assist in identifying and tracking witnesses for each accepted claim.
Prepare, format, and send out affidavit templates; follow up to ensure timely return of signed affidavits.
Organize and label exhibits in compliance with EEO case formatting standards (e.g., 1-A, 1-B).
Support the Investigator in reviewing affidavits for completeness and consistency.
Maintain and update the Table of Contents (TOC) for each case file; ensure files are arranged in chronological order.
Track deadlines and deliverable schedules to support the timely submission of the Report of Investigation (ROI).
Assist in performing quality control and preparing investigative files for final submission.
Maintain confidentiality and data security protocols in handling sensitive case information.
Perform other administrative or research-related tasks as assigned by the Investigator or Team Manager.
