Content Execution & Publishing

  • Schedule and publish approved content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others as assigned)
  • Ensure captions, hashtags, links, and tags are accurate and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Support short-form video posting (TikTok/Reels) including basic uploads, captions, and cover checks
  • Monitor scheduled posts to ensure they go live correctly and on time

Asset & Content Management

  • Organize creative assets (images, videos, captions) in shared drives and project management tools
  • Ensure all assets follow naming conventions and folder structures
  • Track content status (drafted, approved, scheduled, live) in tools like Asana or spreadsheets

Community & Platform Support

  • Assist with basic community management (flagging comments, DMs, or issues to onshore team)
  • Monitor engagement and report any urgent issues or trends
  • Support influencer or affiliate content tracking when needed

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate closely with onshore team members to clarify deliverables and deadlines
  • Follow up on missing assets, approvals, or feedback proactively
  • Communicate delays or risks early rather than after deadlines have passed

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare basic weekly or monthly social media reports (posting activity, engagement snapshots)
  • Track deliverables against agreed timelines
  • Document recurring issues, delays, or workflow bottlenecks
  • Maintain SOPs, checklists, and process documentation as workflows evolve
