Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for handling inbound customer calls, supporting website product updates, and assisting with order status inquiries. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and organized.

Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls and assist customers with general inquiries
Provide order status updates and support customers with general inquiries
Escalate calls requiring detailed product knowledge to appropriate team members
Enter and clean up product data in Excel to be used to post new products to the company website, ensuring accurate titles and descriptions
Apply basic SEO understanding when naming and titling products (preferred, not required)
Maintain accurate customer and order records
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal team members

Qualifications
Previous customer service and data entry experience is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions
Detail-oriented and organized
Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
Ability to problem-solve and think independently
Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus
Labels, printing, or manufacturing industry experience is a plus
