The Data Verifier is responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of data sets by reviewing and verifying information based on manuals and policies and procedures. The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work with large sets of data. Role Purpose: · Conduct scheduled internal audits to ensure high accuracy and identify discrepancies by following the relevant manuals/policies/procedures. Provide summaries of the findings to the line manager. · Identify any patterns or trends of errors and escalate to the line manager promptly and provide suggestions/recommendations for improvements. · Follow up on any outstanding items with relevant stakeholders. · Complete administrative tasks as required for the role. · Assist the line manager in maintaining CRM data, reports, manuals, and procedures, including CRM system testing as needed · Assist the line manager with monthly board and executive reports when necessary · Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the line manager.
