About the job Sales Operations Specialist (Intermediate)
Responsibilities
The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for the following key areas:
1. Lead Data Audit and Cleanup
Audit and clean existing lead data in HubSpot for accuracy and adherence to standards.
Update leads by applying specific "Market" and "Competitor" property data and
standardizing fields.
Systematically de-duplicate and merge company/contact records using HubSpot tools
or third-party solutions to ensure a single source of truth.
2. New Lead Sourcing and Ingestion
Lead Sourcing: Following a schedule, proactively source new prospect leads from
platforms, such as BuiltWith, based on criteria defined by the HRSO.
Data Enrichment and Preparation: Enrich newly sourced leads using a variety of tools
to ensure all necessary contact, company, and firmographic details are captured and
validated.
HubSpot Upload: Prepare and upload enriched lead lists into HubSpot, ensuring
correct formatting, de-duplication, and mapping to appropriate properties and lists.
3. Ad-hoc Enrichment and Data Loading
On-Demand Enrichment: Perform ad-hoc data enrichment requests from sales teams,
often involving large spreadsheets, leveraging tools such as SeamlessAI or ZoomInfo.
Data Validation and Loading: Validate the enriched data for accuracy and consistency
before performing bulk or individual uploads into the HubSpot CRM.
4. Performing other audits and tasks as assigned by the HRSO
