About The Role

  • Customer service: Effectively communicate with customers and vendors, utilizing all forms of communication
  • Pipeline management: Utilize reports to prioritize dockets assisting the processing team to move the docket to the closing team
  • Compliance - Ensuring adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements while conducting processing activities.
  • Knowledge and Skill Development - Continuously grow knowledge and develop effective customer service and pipeline management skills.
  • Processing experience: Familiarity with the US Real Estate and/or Mortgage Processing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Order, upload, and organize insurance documents using Point systems and other applications
  • Review Homeowner's, Flood, and Condo Master Insurance Policies for accuracy and adequate coverage
  • Manage a pipeline of files in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate and follow up with homeowners promptly on obtaining necessary documentation, and assist with
  • any issues that arise with the property insurance
  • Communicate and follow up with insurance companies to effectively manage the insurance order
  • Effectively escalate any insurance order issues to the appropriate parties
  • Work with cross-functional teams (processors, closers, and funders) to successfully bring an application to close
  • Assist the servicing department with amending the loss payee once funding has occurred

Nice to have:

  • 1+ years as a mortgage processor, escrow assistant, insurance agent, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate and/or mortgage industry is desirable but not required
  • English language proficiency
  • Strong Command in Customer Service
  • Familiarity with US Real Estate and Mortgage processing
  • Detail oriented
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
