As a Audit and Assurance Officer,

What You Need:

• Will consider candidates who worked for Philippine-based firms as long as they have a background in compliance and auditing.
• Australian-based experience in banking, finance, mortgage, and compliance is an advantage.
  
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
• Strong time management skills & the ability to prioritise tasks
• Ability to exercise confidentiality and maintain discretion with sensitive information
• The ability to work under pressure, multi task and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail
• Ability to follow defined procedures, yet inquisitive to question where process improvements could be made
