Their primary objective will be to close deals by asking for the sale and securing equipment through a signed bid. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate CRM records, including call notes, deal stages, and follow-up tasks within the company database. |

Proven experience in HVAC sales, home services sales, construction sales, or other high-ticket closing environments. Documented record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets. Strong ability to conduct virtual and phone-based sales consultations. Skilled in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques. Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities. Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar customer management platforms. Proficient with Zoom, video conferencing tools, and digital sales processes. Strong time management and pipeline management skills. Ability to accurately document customer interactions, opportunities, and next steps. High level of business acumen and understanding of value-based selling principles. |
