Customs Operations Specialist

I. Position Summary

The Customs Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting customs clearance operations by

accurately entering data, maintaining complete documentation, monitoring shared mailboxes, and

coordinating with internal teams, customs brokers, and overseas agents to ensure timely processing.

II. Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on and complete all customs clearance documentation within required timeframes using

the Expedient workflow.

• Accurately enter supplier invoice data into the Expedient system.

• Manage the seaclearancedocs@maglog.com.au and airclearancedocs@maglog.com.au mailboxes

promptly, ensuring that all relevant items are uploaded to the Expedient system.

• Send telex release confirmations and follow up with overseas agents using Expedient reports.
